Hey, @Henriette Berg-Hansen! You are Circular Supply Chain Lead at På(fyll). How did you end up here?
Well, I basically texted the founder and told him they couldn't do it without me—and turns out they actually needed me on the team!
Wow! That's cool! Next question: what's the most exciting thing about working with På(fyll)? What gets you up in the morning?
Oh, I definitely think it’s the chance to make a real impact on the environment and people's lives. I'm very motivated about how we make sustainability simple and totally transform everyday habits by offering a convenient solution for making eco-friendly choices.
Give us a glimpse of what a typical day looks like at På(fyll).
Because we’re a startup, every single day is a new adventure! The environment is very hands-on, and we juggle multiple roles and collaborate like there's no tomorrow. We have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and directly contribute to the mind-blowing growth of På(fyll) - and that's one of the things that gets me pumped about working here.
