The service that makes everyday life a little less hectic

Berit in Adamstuen likes the fact that På(fyll) is waste-free, practical and very simple. It’s everyday shopping for those who want more structure and control in the ‘hamster wheel’.
‘Hello, hello! Just come on in,’ smiles Berit Dale as she opens the door to her third-floor apartment near St. Hanshaugen in Oslo.
This is where she lives with her husband and two children aged 10 and 13. With a full-time job, school children and leisure activities, Berit is keen to save time and effort wherever she can.
Earlier that morning, she received her first På(fyll) delivery of products that a family needs a lot of, namely soap and cleaning products. A delivery that could save the autumn chaos of overflowing laundry baskets and a dishwasher that runs non-stop.
‘I'm in favour of making everyday life as simple as possible. Having large quantities of everyday products such as soap and detergent available will help,’ she says.
To fit into your home
The completely renovated apartment is clearly structured and space-optimised. Nothing is left to chance here.
For Berit, it’s therefore a ‘must’ that the På(fyll) containers are attractive to look at and easy to stack.
‘I think the containers that come with it fit in with our apartment. There are no flashy and dominant colours. So I can just leave the washing-up liquid on the kitchen worktop,’ she says.
A waste-free way to shop
Lene Ljødal, Chief Marketing Officer at På(fyll), explains that the containers are designed to fit into any home.
‘It’s important that the containers fit in drawers, on shelves and in cupboards. They can be stacked in many different ways to keep your home organised. This is particularly important for those who live in flats with less storage space,’ she says.
Another great advantage of På(fyll) is that it’s a waste-free way to shop. You only buy the product and not the plastic. You send the container back when it’s empty.
‘Our customers really appreciate the opportunity to replenish their stock with products they use a lot. We do our best to offer a wide selection in our store.’
Autumn, everyday life and hamster wheels
Making good choices for your family in the midst of picking up children from daycare, cooking dinner and leisure activities can be a challenge.
That’s why På(fyll) believes that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice anything to live more responsibly. They want to be a positive force and help you make the right choices. Both for you and for the planet.
‘Many of us have experienced washing our hands and suddenly running out of hand soap. Then you have to resort to what we call “foam sniffles” - watering down the small amount of soap that’s left’, says Ljødal.
When you always have a stockpile of soap and cleaning products at home, it’s one of many things you can tick off your list. You’ll save stress by not having to run to the store to buy one item.
Delivered to your doormat while you sleep
På(fyll) is not a subscription, and you choose when you need new products. The range is based on the products most Norwegians use in their everyday lives, such as Zalo, Jif kitchen spray and Omo laundry detergent.
When Berit tested På(fyll) for the first time in August, she quickly realised that this is a service she will use repeatedly.
The products are delivered right outside your front door early in the morning, and the empty containers are collected at night while you sleep. Even if you live on the fifth floor without a lift.
‘It's great that I don't have to accept the parcel when it's delivered. It just takes care of itself, as long as I order a new delivery and remember to put out the empty containers.’
