Meet our Interim Marketing Director, Matilda
How did you find your way into På(fyll)?
Lene and I have worked with each other before and I was lucky enough to be crowned Lene Ljødals “clone” - and step in for her while she is on maternity leave and I dove headfirst into this På(fyll) adventure!
What excites you the most about working with På(fyll) and what motivates you every morning?
I just love and admire the culture at På(fyll) and the forward way of working, remote and async. It has so many great benefits and gives you a lot of perspective on what efficiency is and how it should be measured. Our mission is so important and a motivation in itself, but I really think the way of work is a breath of fresh air!
Can you give us a glimpse into a typical day working at På(fyll)?
The days very much are up to oneself, but as a part of the MarComms team we are involved in all marketing related activities, whether it be customer support, create content, lay strategies for marketing, newsletters - you name it.
What's the best thing about På(fyll)?
The appreciation for the work you put down, hands down. But also, the fact we get to work with changing behavior and consumption patterns - we are making history as we speak. That's pretty cool if you ask me.
