Hey, Henriette Berg-Hansen! You are Circular Supply Chain Lead at På(fyll). How did you end up here?
I had heard about the development of a new circular concept, and I thought I had to be a part of it. So I just texted the founder and told him they needed me on the team - and I've been here ever since!
What's the most exciting thing about working with På(fyll)? What gets you up in the morning?
What really gets me up in the morning is the feeling of being part of a team that isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. I find it fascinating to think about how we can create significant changes by focusing on the underlying systems rather than just their symptoms. Our concept is based on old models adapted to a modern society, where we use packaging in a completely different way. Much like the milkman did in the old days.
Give us a glimpse of what a typical day looks like at På(fyll).
Since På(fyll) is a startup, our days can be quite unpredictable. As employee number two, I've had a few different roles, but now I'm focusing on the core of På(fyll) - the circular value chain. It's incredibly exciting to collaborate with all our talented partners to develop solutions that promote circularity.
What's the absolute best thing about På(fyll) in your opinion?
The best thing about På(fyll) is twofold for me. Firstly, it's incredibly rewarding to work with such a skilled and inspiring team. I'm proud of how far we've come already, and I'm excited about how far we can go. Secondly, it's motivating to be part of something bigger that has the potential to truly make a difference and at the same time be an inspiration to others.
