Oh, it’s nothing fancy. I applied, so there’s no secret shortcut or handshake here.

What is the most exciting thing about working with På(fyll)? What get's you up in the morning?

This might sound corny but... the fact that På(fyll) even exists as a business is incredible to me. Our impact is straightforward, the more we sell the more plastic waste we eliminate (with less CO2 emissions a bonus!). So what I jump out of bed for every morning is our mission and potential to drive systems change through circularity. I'm privileged to have a very strong team in place and investors who champion us unconditionally. What a life!

Give us a sneak peek into a day working at På(fyll)?

My workday is sandwiched between my life at home with my 4-year-old. Thanks to our remote-first approach, I have the freedom to choose how and where I kickstart my day, which is a major bonus when you have a little one running around. A typical day involves a series of fire-fighting, keeping tabs on our growth and impact, and building relationships with my awesome colleagues, investors, and other important folks in the industry.

Hands down it's the incredible team I have the honour of working with. These folks are not just colleagues; they're genuinely inspiring individuals who are as passionate as I am about our mission. The 2nd best thing is the scalability of the business, and I can't wait to embark on this growth journey with the best team on the planet.

Klar hand soap is a gentle and caring hand soap with carefully selected ingredients. The product has a mild and exciting scent of gooseberry and green tea, and has been developed especially for Nordic conditions. Dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, Nordic Ecolabelled and vegan.

The shower gel consists of carefully selected ingredients, is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin. It is of course also Nordic Ecolabelled and vegan. 1951. The liquid dishwashing detergent for manual dishwashing is very effective on grease and dirt. Our 900 ml refill container replaces 3 regular 300 ml plastic bottles.

Lano is a mild and effective hand soap with a pH value close to the skin's own. It contains moisturising ingredients and has been dermatologically tested on sensitive skin. Klar kitchen spray is effective for washing in the kitchen and is tough against dirt and grease. The variant contains carefully selected ingredients and is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, Nordic Ecolabelled and vegan.

Klar dishwashing soap is tough on dirt and grease, and is long-lasting in use. The product contains carefully selected ingredients that make the dishes efficient, without unnecessary chemicals. A smart and sustainable choice, quite simply. Klar dishwashing soap is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, Nordic Ecolabelled and is vegan. It has a mild and pleasant aroma of ginger and red clover. The product is concentrated and easy to use, you only need approx. ½ teaspoon detergent to a basin of water.

Grumme Dishwashing Liquid Nature is a true Swedish classic. Grumme Diskmedel Natur is a concentrated hand dishwashing liquid that is effective and has good cleaning performance in both hard and soft water, while being even more environmentally friendly and gentle on your skin. The dishwashing liquid has a scent of true Swedish nature. Do not overdose – Grumme dishwashing liquid is concentrated and effective – 2 ml is enough for 5 liters of water. The dishwashing liquid is vegan and certified by the Vegan Society.

Grumme Liquid Color Wash is a liquid detergent that effectively removes stains from coloured clothing and fabrics. The coloured detergent contains ingredients that bind up loose colour pigments in the wash water, which prevents it from discolouring the laundry. The liquid detergent also has a pleasant scent and is effective already at 30°.

Grumme liquid color wash with a sweet scent of linden flower and with natural linden flower extract is as effective as our regular color wash. It contains effective enzymes that naturally fight stains and has a low dosage that protects the environment.

Dr. Greve Nourishing Shower Gel is a gentle and nurturing shower gel for dry skin. The shower gel is pH-balanced and soap-free, and does not dry out the skin as normal shower gel can do. The gel consistency and mild fragrance give a clean and refreshing feeling. With documented effect - specially developed for skin exposed to the Nordic climate with temperature fluctuations and dry air. Dermatologically tested on sensitive skin.

Jif Bathroom Spray effectively removes limescale and dirt and provides a sparkling clean and fragrant bathroom. The bathroom spray now has a milder content and is gentler on you*. The spray contains carefully selected ingredients that are tough on dirt. Still just as effective!

Blenda Sensitive White & Colored is a perfume-free detergent specially developed for sensitive skin, while being tough on stains. Blenda sensitive is easily removed from the laundry and washes completely clean.

Omo Ultra White liquid detergent has an optimal composition of active ingredients that effectively removes tough stains, bad odors and keeps white clothes white. Liquid OMO dissolves quickly in water and quickly penetrates the fabric's fibres. The detergent is easily rinsed out of the laundry and is therefore well suited for short washing programmes, washing at low temperatures and hand washing.
