How På(fyll) Works
When you order products from us, they are delivered to your doorstep in our reusable På(fyll) containers. When you run out and order a refill of something, the container is collected, washed, refilled, and used again.
Even though you do not get the same container back, you get the content you ordered delivered in a thoroughly cleaned På(fyll) container. Here the circular process is explained in more detail:
Delivery
We use an existing courier service to deliver our products to our customers, namely Helthjem, which was certified as an Eco-Lighthouse company in 2022. The courier from Helthjem delivers the På(fyll) container with the product you have ordered at night, so it's ready on your doormat when you wake up.
Using the Container
You transfer the contents of the På(fyll) container into more suitable dispensers, whether you have ordered hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, kitchen spray, or dishwashing liquid. The På(fyll) container can fill the dispenser 2-3 times, depending on the product you have ordered.
Ordering a Refill
When you need to order a refill of something, you just scan the QR code on the container. You will then be taken directly to the order page in our online store. If you make it a habit to order a refill when pouring the last bit from the container into the dispenser, you will never run out of the products you use at home.
Collecting Empty På(fyll) Containers
When you have ordered a refill, put the empty container in the reusable box it came in and set it out on the doormat again. We ensure that it is collected.
Washing the Containers
Empty På(fyll) containers are transported to a laundry facility, where they are thoroughly washed and prepared to be used again. They are then transported to our factory.
Refilled
The cleaned På(fyll) containers are refilled and labeled anew before being delivered back to customers. The process then starts all over again. This is what makes På(fyll) a circular service. For you, it just means that you always have the products you need in everyday life available. As a bonus, there is also less plastic waste at home.
